Which valuation metric units are best understood and most appealing to stakeholders? Partners SEGEFA and VLM created an online survey to investigate the most appropriate metric units to trigger and engage stakeholders within local green infrastructure improvement. Note that the metric units are the focus of this questionnaire, rather than the value itself.
We would greatly appreciate if you could take a few minutes to fill in this survey. The survey is available in English, Dutch (Flemish) and French.

Hundreds attend ‘Party in the Woods’July 3rd 2014
Hundreds of people descended on Risley Moss Local Nature Reserve, Warrington for a "party in the woods" to celebrate the launch of The Mersey Forest Plan. The fun-filled event was opened by Warrington North MP Helen Jones. Activities throughout the day included willow weaving, African drumming, and bracelet and seed-bomb making, with the soundtrack to the carnival provided by solar-powered music. Local dancing group Fusion also performed in the sunshine for onlookers.
The Mersey Forest Plan sets out a vision in which Merseyside and North Cheshire is one of the best places in the country to live. Last summer local people were asked to help shape The Mersey Forest Plan through a public consultation, and this ‘party in the woods’ was our way of saying thank you for their invaluable feedback.
The focus is now on delivering The Mersey Forest Plan boosting woodland cover and planting more trees for the benefit of people, wildlife and the economy.
